Who does this remind you of?

Fabulous set of pictures from a friend of Mom's included this gem.  Uncle Jaime provided the key prop, apparently.  Gosh, that kid looks familiar...

I've been asking Julian if he has his ears "turned on" lately, to
avoid that feeling of being ignored. It seems to get his attention
sometimes, which is nice.

Recently he turned the tables and asked Sam if her ears were turned
on. She replied (accurately, I would say) "honey, my ears are always
turned on". His reply? "your batteries are going to run out!"
